Employers & Firefighters must be able to provide all required training completion certificates and completed Position Task Books(PTB) for the position you are being verified for:

All Firefighter Positions:

Beginning on 10/1/16, only S-131 is required.

Completed Position Task Book PTB for FFT1 *Satisfactory performance for a total of fifteen (15) operational periods on three (3) separate wildland fire incidents as an Advanced Firefighter/Squad Boss (FFT1) Trainee on a wildland fire incident.
