Wildland Fire Safety Training Annual Refresher RT-130

This is an annual refresher to maintain qualification currency for positions with fire line duties and non-suppression tasks on the fire-line.

The Work Capacity Test-WCT requires administration by an NWCG MOU Training Provider in order to become verified for VIPR Contracting.

Basic Firefighter II (FFT2) S-190, S-130, L-180

These classes are designed for those desiring to be qualified as entry-level firefighters and support personnel. WFTM provides you with three mandatory days of training, including a required field day with pack test. Upon successful completion of the courses, you will be qualified as an entry –level wildland firefighter or support personnel and hold certifications, red card, and qualification verification form.

S-131 Firefighter Type 1 (FFT1) Advanced Firefighter

Course Prerequisite: FFT2 Qualification

This course is designed to meet the training needs of the Firefighter Type 1 (FFT1). Topics include fire line reference materials, communications, and tactical decision-making.

This is a required course to be completed before a FFT1 taskbook can be completed.

S-131 is only available as instructor led (classroom) training.
